OBIEE provides the capabilities for self-service ad hoc query analysis, producing real-time insight in a single ‘master’ view presentation of which business users can analyse.

  • Requirements stage
    Codec will identify and gather your specific organisational and technical requirements.
  • Analysis stage
    Our experience consultants will create a detailed project plan along with defining the testing & training strategy. The conceptual design is created.
  • Planning, Design & Development
    Codec will design the application detail. The Build, Test and Review are an iterative process until all deliverables agreed per the test plan are achieved. In this phase, application data and data integration is completed and tested; before the application is migrated to the production environment.
  • Integration stage
    This phase involves the integrated system testing, loading and validation of historical data; along with end-user training.
  • Deploy the application
    Codec consultants will roll out the application in the Production environment. The application is available to all users.
  • Training stage
    All users are trained by our specialised consultants
  • Go Live stage
    The EPM system goes live and a post-Golive Review is completed. Codec can also offer on-going training and managed service plan if required.
